1. Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before collection or delivery.

For last-minute orders (within 14 days of the required date), full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel your order, please notify me at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and materials may have already been purchased.

If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your request, but availability is not guaranteed.

Changes to your order, including flavour, design, or size, must be requested at least 14 days before 
collection or delivery. Once preparation has started, significant modifications may not be possible.
 

3. Collection & Delivery

If collecting your order, please ensure that your vehicle has a flat, stable surface to transport the cake safely. Once the cake has been collected, we cannot be not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.

For deliveries, a time slot will be confirmed in advance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, an additional redelivery fee may apply.

4. Cake Care & Storage

Once your cake has been collected or delivered, it is your responsibility to store it correctly to maintain its quality.

• Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Cakes with fresh cream or mousse fillings should be refrigerated. However, for the best taste and texture, allow them to reach room temperature before serving.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

While I can accommodate some dietary requirements, my kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs, so I cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

If you have allergies, please inform me at the time of ordering, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs but I cannot guarante an allergen-free environment so the cake may contain traces of allergens.

6. Design & Creative Freedom

I take inspiration from reference images but do not directly replicate other bakers' work. Each cake is designed uniquely, incorporating the requested theme, colours, and style while maintaining originality.

7. Photography & Social Media

Chrispa’s Bakes reserves the right to take photographs of all cakes and baked goods for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your order not be shared on social media or the website, please inform me at the time of booking.

All recipes, photos, and text on this site are owned by Chrispa's Bakes and may not be used without permission.

8. Refunds & Quality Assurance

Every cake is made with care and attention to detail. If you experience an issue with your order, please 
contact me within 24 hours of collection or delivery with photos and details. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences.

9. Agreement to Terms
